Get ready to rev up your fitness routine and experience the ultimate full-body workout. In our "Switch" circuit training class, you'll move through a series of timed exercise stations, targeting different muscle groups and incorporating a variety of exercises. From bodyweight exercises and resistance training to cardio bursts and functional movements.

The focus will be on developing strength, mobility, and body awareness through a range of movements and exercises. You will be guided through the fundamentals of movement training. We'll explore essential techniques for promoting a healthier spine, mastering the deep squat, and engaging in locomotion training. Additionally, we'll incorporate partner activities and object manipulation into our training.

A fierce, high intensity, martial arts inspired cardio class for all levels with a fun and energizing mixture of kicking and punching to inspiring music. With new choreography every three months, this workout will keep you challenged and motivated!
