CIRCUIT KWEEN

Tue & Thu @ 8pm

Ready to sweat, slay, and serve?
This is circuit training with attitude. You’ll rotate through spicy stations that hit every muscle group — mixing strength, cardio, and functional moves to keep your body guessing and your crown steady.
All levels are welcome, and no one leaves without a little sparkle (sweat counts). Show up, show out, and claim your fitness throne.
 

ENERGY BOOSTER YOGA

Thursday @ 8am

Wake up, shake up, and show up! This morning flow wakes you up, opens your breath, and moves your body without exhausting you. It boosts blood flow while keeping you refreshed, focused, and energized for the day ahead.

SLAY & STRIKE BOXING

Wednesday @ 6pm

Time to unleash that fierce fighter inside you!
Grab your gloves and get ready to punch, jab, and sweat your way through a killer mix of boxing moves, cardio bursts, and core work. No experience? No worries — this class is for everyone who’s ready to show up, throw down, and feel absolutely unstoppable. Let’s slay in the ring and strike a pose while we’re at it.

Saturday @ 11am

Start your day the queer way! Werk & Wake is your morning pick-me-up that gets your body moving and your mood lifted. We’ll ease in with a juicy stretch, tone things up with light weights, and then turn up the heat with a quick cardio burst — all wrapped up with a feel-good cooldown. You’ll leave feeling strong, energized, and ready to strut into your day like the main character you are.

COMBAT REALNESS

Serving kicks, punches, and pure power — this high-energy cardio class brings the drama (the good kind). Inspired by martial arts and set to fierce beats, you'll sweat it out with combos that make you feel unstoppable. No experience needed — just bring the attitude. New choreo drops every few months to keep you on your toes and feeling like the main character. Let’s get real, let’s get loud, let’s get combat realness.

80’s AEROBICS

Tuesday @ 6pm

Grab your sweatbands, legwarmers, and that fierce leotard! This high-energy, full-body cardio party is packed with all the best (mostly) 80s jams to get you sweating and smiling. Get ready to live your ultimate Jane Fonda meets Crystal Light fantasy — neon vibes, big hair, and non-stop fun guaranteed. Let’s bring those retro moves back and burn some serious calories while we’re at it!

UECHI RYU KARATE

This traditional Okinawan martial arts class, taught by the amazing Lily Maeva, a fifth-degree black belt and certified master instructor, is perfect for building strength, learning effective techniques, and gaining confidence in a supportive, inclusive space.
